How this website handles information submitted through the public inquiry form.

Information collected
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, message, submission time, and limited technical security information such as the originating IP address. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless an authorized officer specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
Purpose and basis
Information is processed to receive, route, respond to, document, and secure public inquiries and requests for assistance, in support of the office’s public functions and applicable legal obligations.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited to authorized personnel responsible for public assistance, records, system administration, or legal compliance. Information may be disclosed when required by law or properly authorized government process.
Retention and disposal
Ordinary contact inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after resolution unless a longer period is required by an approved records-disposition schedule, law, audit, investigation, or legal hold. Records are then securely deleted or disposed of.
Your rights and requests
You may request information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking where applicable, and may raise a privacy concern or complaint. Contact the office at dilg10.cagdeoro@gmail.com. The designated DPO name and official DPO address must be confirmed by the office before production launch.
Security and changes
Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards are applied. Material changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
